Sustainability of project management/dissemination tools

As a complement to issue #51 dealing with the sustainability of our technical outcomes, the future of our project management, communication and dissemination tools should also be discussed:

• website
• Zenodo community
• Google calendar
• mailing lists
• wiki
• chat
• ... ?

Questions for each tool:

• do we want to continue it for the PaN community?
• can we merge it with something existing within LEAPS, LENS or EOSC?
• who can host the service if needed?
• website and wiki have content linked in the PaN training catalogue: careful to maintain those
• ... ?

Created a google doc to list tools and their possible fate - to be discussed.

The ExPaNDS-EU github repositories will be archived after the project's review. I will take care of transferring to Zenodo what needs to be saved from the wiki. Also:

• Concerning Pan-ontologies-api repo and ExPaNDS-experimental-techniques-ontology repo, @paulmillar @spc93 is there a plan to move them to a dedicated PaNET organisation?
• Concerning ExPaNDS-nexus-ontology repo and ExPaNDS-nexus-dcat-mapping-ontology repo, they were copied to NIAC github, right @hgoerzig ? Can I archive them?
• WP1-reporting repo will be archived.

We talked about this (briefly) during today's PaNET meeting.

People were generally in favour of moving the PaNET repo to a separate location. As I understand it, the current plan is to have a new organisation (something like "PaN ontologies") and to have a "PaNET" repo within that.
