Create a webpage containing catalogues in which PaNET is registered #77

In #75, we aim to make PaNET is widely known as possible, to promote update.

It might be a good idea to have a web page in which we list the different catalogues in which PaNET is registered. Otherwise we might loose track of them, and fail to update information when a new version of PaNET comes out.

This could simply be a wiki page as part of this repository. Prerequisite would be to move to a more permanent GitHub organisation. See issue 52 in ExPaNDS repo.
