修改version版本号后不生效，始终是9.3.0版本

复现方法

使用新特性mindmap应该正常工作，实际报错提示语法错误 V9.3.0

- Added conditional loading of mermaid script based on version in scripts.ejs
- Removed outdated Tailwind CSS styles in tailwind.css
