I'm getting ready to create a new Esri open-source project following the guidance in this repo. During a peer review of the new project, cwarner-8702 had some feedback on the code of conduct that I have applied in this PR. The primary change is to generalize the language so that it's not specific to GIS or geography and applies to any type of open source software. While in the neighborhood, I also took the liberty to wrap the markdown files at 120 columns which is the style followed by runtimecore.
