Background
Brings this library and WASM files up to date with
Clipper2as of today. Uses a8269ca commit as the most recentClipper2version. There have been several bugfixes in Clipper2 since this library was released, some of which our team depends on.There are 2 changes facilitated by the upgrade. Each change is an individual commit & has description showing why these are needed.
