support fitting Weibull distribution to two quantiles #13
Description
Currently the exponential distribution is used to describe distributions with mode at zero. This is useful detecting parameters that can be omitted.
However, it has only one parameter and is not flexible enough to be fitted to median and an upper quantile.
The Weibull distribution (wikipedia) is a more flexible distribution that can have its mode at zero (shape parameter <=1). Please, support fitting it to median and quantile.
