CAM%DEVtoCAM70in buildnmlSpecific notes
This change needs to be coordinated with the upcoming CAM tag which changes the physics package descriptor
cam_devtocam7. Concurrently the compset tokenCAM%DEVis changing toCAM70. The CMEPS buildnml script has a hardcodedCAM%DEVtoken which must be changed toCAM70for consistency.
