UGUI Menu Options Don't Respond To Mouse In Fullscreen

I think this is a Linux specific issue, but when running in fullscreen, the menu buttons don't respond to mouse input.

The main menu. Now that we have keyboard navigation more or less working, it feels less critical. I'm going to push this out to post-AF. It smells like a Unity bug to me.
