Due to unsuported versions from nextjs side vercel/next.js#58483, they didnt update the required package for newest versions which is usefull to support arm/v7 platform, and using lowest nextjs version breaks some things related to the docker logs, terminal etc and make the build times go to > 1 hour 20 mins which is unnaceptable
