Fixing errors on pointer events:

  • cargo run --example all_events works without errors on windows

Using the standard format f64 instead of i32: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Element/scrollTop

Issue: #4706
Related issue in the wasm dependency: wasm-bindgen/wasm-bindgen#4525
