This PR integrates the latest dev branch and adds Dexcom G7 integration. The main difference here is that there is a data smoothing already integrated and makes tornado smoothing absolete therefore.
The main purpose is to have ability to test the newest features and stock smoothing implementation together with G7!.
@blaqone will take this over :heart
