- Add PHPStorm configuration for PHPCS and Psalm via docker.
- Update dependencies.
- Update PHPStorm configs.
Now possible to run PHPCS and Pslam in Docker via PHPStorm
Besides convenience, this should bring certain optimizations, like caching.
Every commit pushed is being build anyway. No reason to waste precious resources.
