Add SSO (Single Sign On) Providers

Adds the ability to use OAuth providers and frames out the work needed to reproduce for multiple providers later, such as GitHub, Microsoft, Discord, etc.

• New sso function in the MagicalAuth class accepts provider, code, and referrer to authenticate to a remote authentication provider.
• Adds 2 new database tables UserOAuth and OAuthProvider to keep access_token and refresh_token for the application to use if needed.
• Adds Streamlit front end for SSO providers.
• Adds 57 OAuth2 providers with documentation for amazon, aol, apple, autodesk, battlenet, bitbucket, bitly, clearscore, cloud_foundry, deutsche_telekom, deviantart, discord, dropbox, facebook, fatsecret, fitbit, formstack, foursquare, github, gitlab, google, huddle, imgur, instagram, intel_cloud_services, jive, keycloak, linkedin, microsoft, netiq, okta, openam, openstreetmap, orcid, paypal, ping_identity, pixiv, reddit, salesforce, sina_weibo, spotify, stack_exchange, strava, stripe, twitch, viadeo, vimeo, vk, wechat, withings, xero, xing, yahoo, yammer, yandex, yelp, and zendesk.
