I'm sending this pull request because I'm not aware of another way to communicate this to you. I created this fork of your dx-lookup starter project to diagnose a problem with the .defaultOptions method that I encountered in my own environment. I was not able to reproduce the problem in the starter project, but the updated packages and migration to standalone components might be useful to you. You should probably not merge this directly into the 22.1.3 branch, but if you want me to map it to another branch in your repo I can oblige.
