Display the publisher name within the expanded row details.

Edit by @nscuro for changelog:
Previously, the UI did not display the configured publisher (e.g. Slack, Webhook, etc.) for an alert.
The publisher is set once when creating an alert, but usually is not modified later.
With this change, the publisher is displayed in the alerts view.
