  • Add poetry as dependency manager
  • Re-enable visualize/download flags and fix ete3 dependency issues

  • Add environment variables for network configuration

Explanation of Changes

This PR improves TorBot's overall code base in a variety ways such as adding dependency management, correcting documentation, fixing key features, removing bloat and making the env more configurable.
