Limit search queries to a maximum length #317

Card names are only so long

TODO: find the current longest card name in any language and choose a maximum of ~2x that length

Ignore any <> summons that are too long by filtering them out, somewhat like empty summons, Discord markup, etc.

Longest English card names:

  • 54: D/D/D/D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox
  • 52: Ghost Meets Girl - A Masterful Mayakashi Shiranui Saga; Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Evening Twilight; Lancea, Dragonic Ancestor of the Ice Spirit Mountain

Unofficial (68): One by One We Walk, Frosty Forest Frolicking, Treading in the Tracks (KID 19111)

Was fixed in 1457925 as part of #341. The maximum is now 80 characters.
