Update K8s versions compatiblities and DCA image registries

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

• Updates the Kubernetes compatibility matrix to include the earlier agent incompatibilities with Kubernetes v1.33.
• Merges the two tables to the single on on the Kubernetes install page, so they won't fall out of sync (like they were)
• Fixes the listed Cluster Agent image registries, matches to K8s install page
