This PR upgrades the statsd dependency to github.com/DataDog/datadog-go/v5.
This repo is not relying on any of the breaking changes between V4 and V5: https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-go/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#500--2021-10-01
This will ensure that users of the library in applications which both do their own stats metrics emission won't need to import multiple (legacy) versions of the datadog-go library.
