Actual behavior
likely ${ENTER} key is not being sent correctly but that is just a theory, because the test gets empty serial output like not even a error message or "ubuntu@3mdeb:" prompt
executing this step manually works and the installation finishes with a success, with Reading package lists... Done prompt displayed on serial.

tried to run the test 3 separate times (to rule out random fail) but to no avail
