The idea of this PR is to distinguish between default settings, settings changed based on MPD parameters and settings defined by the application.
This is useful in scenarios in which the app and the MPD are overwriting a specific setting like
lowLatencyEnabled
. We should always prefer the settings coming from the application over the ones from the MPD.
