P1 Badge Map every email introduced by the fork PR

When this branch is submitted upstream, .github/workflows/contributor-check.yml scans every non-merge author in MERGE_BASE..HEAD and fails for any non-skipped email without a mapping. This file covers danny@cloudseed.studio, but the range also contains commits authored by danny@cloudseed.co, and this mapping commit itself is authored by codex@openai.com; neither email is mapped or excluded by the workflow. Replaying the workflow's selection against the synced upstream base reports both as missing, so the attribution gate still exits 1. Add mappings for every introduced identity, or author the mapping commit with an already mapped identity.
