Description
Created a new CLI script to extract missing or out-of-sync translations between English (en.json) and Welsh (cy.json) files and export them to Excel format.
Refactored duplicate translation utility functions (findNamespaces, flattenKeys, readTranslationFiles) into a shared module in
src/utils/translation/ and updated extract-translations.js, check-locales.js, and i18n.js to use these utilities, eliminating code
duplication across the codebase. All changes include comprehensive integration and unit tests with 100% code coverage.
