Hacktoberfest Umbrella Issue #1186
Comments
Documentation and Examples |
Thanks @RashmitTopG how about #247 ? You can follow something similar to what was done here #1122. If so, please comment on #247 with which example you'd like. I will then create an issue, and ask you to comment on it so I can assign it. |
core work |
Hey @skrawcz, I'd like to work on documentation/examples/core work; my primary language is Python and I'd like to work on parts that use it if possible? |
@rajatkriplani please comment in the issue. I think there's one function for you to implement to make sure the progress bar completes at the end of a successful run. |
@Ki1er for core work you'd need a grasp of Hamilton. How about taking https://github.com/Ki1er/LapTop-Price-Predictor/blob/main/price_predictor.ipynb and converting it to an example using Hamilton and contributing it as an example under |
@iblameRishi thanks! Would implementing an "adapter" (ndjson for polars) similar to this https://github.com/DAGWorks-Inc/hamilton/blob/main/hamilton/plugins/polars_post_1_0_0_extensions.py#L226-L334 work? It should be straightforward and the tests should be straightforward. If that's interesting I can create an issue for it. |
Hey, that sounds interesting, I'd like to work on it! |
@iblameRishi please comment on #1197 I think I put enough details in it for you. |
