Description

The Developer Portal is being deprecated in favor of the Developer Center, which doesn't require authentication.

Changes

Change from Developer Portal to Developer Center and link to API docs page, which looks as follows.

Checklist

  • No sensitive information has been committed
  • Changelog file has been updated
  • Code generates no warnings (i.e. cargo fmt --check)
  • "Noisy" (WIP) commits have been squashed for better commit hygiene and cleaner history

Additional Notes

The Developer Center hasn't launched yet, which is why this PR is in draft form.

The new site is live now and there's a redirect in place so there shouldn't be any issues before this PR is merged.
