Because a few methods on `Time` have been renamed, this is a breaking change, and Crecto will not be compatible with versions before 0.27.0 after this commit.

Master is already set up for 0.27.0 (As of #225). My fork had other changes that aren't in this repo, so I had to make my own update commit for it. Closing as duplicate. |
