Snow Layers taller then 1 layer isn't broken by Mechanical Plough

Tested in Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge 47.4.0 Create v6.0.4

Snow Layers that are taller then 1 layer are not broken by Mechanical Plough on trains and Minecart Contraption

Something similar reported here but in Fabric (I'm using Snow! Real Magic mod and not a season mod but it's all about vanilla snow layers anyway)

(also they break tracks and ok that's intended but not nice for junctions ... so guess I'll just need to disable them there and it'll be good enough)
