Some Atmospheric and BoP flowers are missing milling recipes

Describe the Bug

The following flowers from Atmospheric and Biomes O' Plenty are missing milling recipes:

• atmospheric:water_hyacinth
• atmospheric:tall_yucca_flower
• biomesoplenty:tall_lavender
• biomesoplenty:icy_iris
  Given that Create provides milling recipes for all of the other flowers in these two mods, I figured that this is a bug.

Reproduction Steps

1. Start Minecraft with Create, Atmospheric, Biomes O' Plenty, JEI and their dependencies loaded.
2. Hover over any of the four flowers listed above and press U to view uses

Expected Result

JEI would show milling and crushing recipes for the four flowers listed above.
