Relay implementation for Seed Randomness Fuzzer

The NYE release of CCN, includes:

• Relay implementation for the Seed Randomness Fuzzer. As we presented in DeepSec conference, many times a hard ECUReset is not enough to reveal that seed generation is based on the system clock, and a relay connected to the powersource yielded in way different results. Video recordings to be released later this year.
• Several other fixes for stability and functionality.

Version 1.1

• Implementation of external CAN log file, to keep the original traffic of the bus while testing, for further evaluation later
• Fix of documentation
• Additional fixes on the UDS module, including a completed submodule for the service ROUTINE_CONTROL

Caring Caribou Next v.1.0

The first official release of my fork of Caring Caribou with the codename Next.

It includes more functionality and several usage improvements, with more to be added in the future.
