4. Bumping first-party plugins (path_provider, shared_preferences, package_info_plus, cached_network_image, flutter_cache_manager, sqlite3_flutter_libs) to AGP-9-compatible versions

As of 2026-05-18:

• Flutter 3.44.0 stable is tagged but push is incomplete ([stable] [initial] Flutter Release Version 3.44.0 flutter/flutter#186410)
• First-party plugin migration to AGP 9 is in progress ([AGP 9] Migrate Flutter Maintained Plugins to Built-in Kotlin flutter/flutter#185121, OPEN)
• sqlite3_flutter_libs ^0.6.0+eol carries an EOL marker and needs a successor evaluation
