OpenCode cannot approve yet because required coverage evidence did not pass.
Review outcome
1. HIGH .github/workflows/opencode-review.yml:1 - Coverage evidence did not prove required test/docstring evidence
-
Problem: The required coverage-evidence job result was
failure, so OpenCode cannot establish approval sufficiency for this head. -
Root cause: Automated approval is only valid when the same-head coverage-evidence job proves supported repository test suites passed and configured docstring gates passed or were advisory, or reports not applicable because no supported source files or package manifests exist. Missing, failed, skipped, unavailable, or unsupported-tooling test evidence is a blocker.
-
Fix: Install or configure the repository test/docstring evidence tooling when source files or package manifests exist, rerun the current-head coverage-evidence job, and approve only after it reports
successwith required evidence or explicit no-source not-applicable evidence. -
Regression test: Keep the approval branch checking
needs.coverage-evidence.result == successbefore posting APPROVE, and publish REQUEST_CHANGES when coverage-evidence blocker states such as cancelled, skipped, failed, unsupported-tooling, or below-100 evidence are present. -
Result: REQUEST_CHANGES
-
Reason: coverage-evidence result was
failure, so required test/docstring evidence was not proven for current headbfc4ee1360962494e54826bfa8e93e687378bbf3. -

Pull request overview
-
Reason: coverage-evidence result was
failure, so required test/docstring evidence was not proven for current head1a2cbdfbb93bd1c268c635fd14a4420094aac920. -

feat/scoring-dispatch-transaction-20260814-1802
Why
ROADMAP Phase 2 requires the accepted immutable response snapshot and its version-pinned scoring dispatch/outbox evidence to cross one local PostgreSQL commit boundary. Protected main persists completed snapshots, while #68 composes scoring-request, scoring-job, and outbox persistence atomically; a crash between separately committing the snapshot and dispatch would still leave a frozen response with no durable scoring work.
What
postgres_scoring_orchestration::persist_response_snapshot_and_scoring_dispatchover the existing immutable response-snapshot adapter and the bounded scoring-dispatch transaction from feat(scoring): persist dispatch request job and outbox atomically #68.No psychometric arithmetic, external event schema, migration, or live fast-mlsirm execution is introduced.
Dependency
This is intentionally stacked on #68 (
feat/scoring-dispatch-transaction-20260814-1802). The head does not replace or bypass #68; merge #68 first, then re-evaluate this unchanged head/base relationship and exact-head gates before integration.Verification intent
