Bounded read/write-neutral mergeability probe for stack repair. Exact base is replacement #80 head 3cac073cc791b78fafa0005b820e0206fe168a63; exact head is existing #65 head 4589fe07abd8a3c151bc98c5cfabfe9328d5f992. This tests whether GitHub can combine the existing pagination feature with the replacement migration predecessor without force-push or choosing conflict sides. Do not merge this probe. If non-mergeable, close and replay the 12-file pagination delta cleanly on #80.

Probe result: non-mergeable on unchanged exact refs 3cac073cc791b78fafa0005b820e0206fe168a63 (#80) and 4589fe07abd8a3c151bc98c5cfabfe9328d5f992 (#65). Reverse orientation does not provide a conflict-free GitHub merge either. No source mutation was performed; the safe fallback is a clean replay of the bounded 12-file #65 delta onto exact #80.
