Current-main successor to stale #93. Exact base at creation: e07852795f7fdb3ed76a16ea5bde32f737d2e244; exact head: 2a03f2597323867cd926e3b09c08b142633a674a. This Draft carries only the 26 patch-quarantine source/docs/tests paths onto current protected main; it intentionally does not carry stale workflow/package/CHANGELOG state. Prior #93 reviews/checks do not transfer. Known unresolved #93 findings must be revalidated and fixed against this current-base line before Ready/merge. Fresh application CI, reviewer-ci, and eligible central Security Scan are required on the unchanged final head.
