• cwl-idp → keyverse
• waf-ids-ai-soc → wardnet
• cwl-editor → inkspan

This PR updates the stale name(s) in AGENTS.md only. No code changes.

Closing this leaf-level ecosystem rename for the same governance reason as #515: organization repository identities are canonical in ContextualWisdomLab/.github, while copying the full sibling map into NewsDOM API creates drift. The leaf repository should reference the central context rather than maintain a second list.
