Adds §7.1 "Superseded lineage record" to docs/product-technical-gap-baseline.md:

• documents that the two orphaned Sentinel security branches were deleted on 2026-08-25 because main ships strictly stronger fixes (fix(conformance): reject excessive JSON nesting before decoder #1330 JSON depth guard; parse_json_bounded max_bytes hardening);
• records the protected-main evidence used to close issues fix(mhrm): reject Boolean-valued real controls before Rust #1300, fix(model-relation): reject evidence subclasses before field callbacks #1301, fix(model-relation): replay evidence invariants at classification boundary #1303.

Documentation-only; follows #1372's refresh.
