🎯 Why: 아이콘만 있는 버튼의 경우 시각 장애인용 스크린 리더는 aria-label을 통해 의미를 파악할 수 있지만, 일반 사용자가 마우스를 올렸을 때는 무슨 기능인지 알기 어려웠습니다. title 속성을 추가하여 마우스 호버 시 툴팁으로 기능을 명확히 안내합니다.
