🔍 Register refresh still self-identifies as #273

The refresh is described as PR #273 at line 13 and listed as "register refresh #273" at line 146, but this PR is #278. The self-reference was not updated.

🟡 Refreshed queue still lists landed PRs as open

The header now reads "three landed" for #267/#268/#269, but the queue bullets still call asymDIFFUSIONstd (#267) and TRAITVARstd (#268) open and the TDT/CHRONOS composition (#269) an active PR. The Post-#239/#266 note and residual-open-PRs line also still list #267/#268. The prose contradicts the refreshed header, count, and table.

Prompt for agents
The refresh marks #267, #268, and #269 as landed in the section header, the open-PR count, and the PR table, but the surrounding prose was not updated. Update the bullet list at lines 5-12 so it lists only the three still-open restorations (#270 MANIFESTTRAITVARstd, #271 MANIFESTVARstd, #272 TIPREDVARstd) and no longer describes #269 TDT/CHRONOS as an active-PR slice. Also update line 125 and line 148, which still enumerate #267/#268 among the open std-family restorations, to reflect that #267 and #268 have landed.

🟡 Two conflicting protected-main SHAs after refresh

The header now cites protected-main 9cd1b26 and snapshot 14:40:00Z, but the Snapshot facts table still shows c7cf34b8 at 12:40Z, and the open-PR evidence section still says the register was fetched at 07:35:00Z against c7cf34b8. The document cites two different protected-main SHAs and fetch times.

Prompt for agents
The header at lines 69-70 was advanced to snapshot 2026-08-27T14:40:00Z and protected-main SHA 9cd1b263 (merge of #269), but other parts of the document still reference the previous state. Update the Snapshot facts table Protected-main SHA row (line 91), the introductory bullet at lines 13-14, and the 'Snapshot open pull-request evidence' fetch line (lines 152-153) so the protected-main SHA and fetch timestamp are consistent with the new header values instead of the stale c7cf34b8 / 07:35:00Z / 12:40Z references.

📝 Info: PR table delimiter row misplaced

The table header row is not followed by a delimiter row; the |---:|---|:---:|---|---| delimiter sits below the three data rows instead of directly under the header, so the block will not render as a markdown table. Pre-existing, but the refresh edits this region.
