Temporary stack-repair merge synthesis only. Base is exact current #146 812c0020bd2ecdb3eda39d999ed3327647550bdf; head is the original #147 shared-deadline child 221bcd6fdf0f07e1a873e253993b82d7209b7f52. This PR exists only to let GitHub perform a non-destructive three-way integration of the valid parent cleanup-evidence delta with the child shared-deadline delta. It is not a product acceptance PR and must not weaken checks, copy workflow authority, or replace #147. If the merge is content-clean, the synthesized tree will be adopted into #147 as a normal forward commit; if not, this integration attempt is not acceptance evidence.

Read-only integration finding to preserve during this synthesis: #147 46e7585 includes current #146 812c002 in ancestry but drops the parent's six-test review-evidence module and all associated production fixes. Native discovery collects zero; executing the exact parent module against that child gives 10 failures and 8 protocol errors. See #147 (comment) . Retain the shared forced-close observer AND the parent count/type gate, terminal HTTP exception handling, validated ordinary cleanup fields and obsolete recognizer removal. The restored forced-close test injection must target the shared observer; deleting the inherited suite is not reconciliation. I am keeping source changes read-only while this visible integration route is active and maintaining #238 documentation. This comment is not merge, close or approval authority.
