chore: converge current #983 parent into #985 successor

Non-destructive stack convergence only. Merge exact current #983 parent b65d4301552f95de75eb51e085eb0f31dcdf5413 into Draft successor #985 so the board-pagination coverage delta is inherited without rewriting or dropping successor-owned auth/i18n changes. This transfers ancestry only; checks and approvals do not transfer and #985 remains Draft.
