Fixes a central required-workflow parse failure observed on ContextualWisdomLab/naruon#938. The Strix workflow defined GITHUB_STATUS_TOKEN twice in one env mapping, causing workflow_dispatch to fail with: failed to parse workflow: 'GITHUB_STATUS_TOKEN' is already defined.\n\nChanges:\n- remove the duplicate GITHUB_STATUS_TOKEN env entry from .github/workflows/strix.yml\n- add a regression assertion that Strix defines GITHUB_STATUS_TOKEN only once\n\nVerification:\n- CodeGraph init/sync/status OK\n- GITHUB_STATUS_TOKEN count=1\n- git diff --check OK\n- bash full harness timed out in local Windows shell; central CI remains authoritative
