Bug using bundled DDL resources during data migration

The data migration uses the sample DDLs to set up the database, as a sanity check that the DDLs are working and prevents an old schema being used during migration.

This is causing issues when run from the command line, as resources are packaged and not directly accessible. This is in contrast to an IDE, which has the compiled unpackaged and readily available.
