Niche Personal Shrinking Device Curios/Accessories Issue

Description

When using accessories with curios compatibility layer the personal shrinking device does not function.

This is a super niche and nit-picky issue but does cause some annoying interactions.

Workaround: Use two Personal Shrinking Devices, as only having one will equip it to its curio slot only to not function.
