[Feature] Future - Use JsonSerializer with .NET 5

Describe the problem this feature would solve

When UWP moves to .NET Core base (.NET 5?) we should remove the Json.Net dependency in favor of JsonSerializer. We could even provide some nice helpers to fill gaps.

Looks like we can already reference a .NET Standard 2.0 version of the package for System.Text.Json.

But the newest version System.Text.Json is not compatible with uwp. I don't think it is time to remove JSON.net and move to System.Text.Json.
