Add comprehensive documentation for deprecated PrimeVue v4 components with their modern replacements. This prevents usage of deprecated components like Dropdown (→ Select) and OverlayPanel (→ Popover) and ensures consistent use of current PrimeVue APIs. Fixes #4026
