Accessibility Issues with new GUI

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
• I have searched existing issues to make sure this isn't a duplicate
• I have tested with all custom nodes disabled (see how)

What happened?

The front end floating menus obscure the properties panel, I have to use accessibility settings so my scale is large, essentially the new menu hides and obstructs the properties panel and I cannot click on the X to close it. It does not matter what I do to the UI in comfyui I cannot close the properties panel due to the new GUI. this is terrible design and no I am not going to turn off my scaling in windows else I cannot use comfyui at all.
I am partially sighted and it was already a small x to try hit, now it is impossible due to it being hid by the terrible floating bar.

sorry for the swearing on the WF, but this is the issue with long workflow names highlighting the issue

The property panel is in need of work and has multiple issues.

• Property panel is positioned under the sidebar, the workflow tab bar, the annoying floating workflow button, and any other random new floating UI stuff that uses the left edge.
• Property panel's theme is hardcoded.
• Property panel cannot be closed once opened. Workaround, create a sacrificial node, open the property panel on it, then delete the node.

The positioning issue is fixed in the latest frontend (1.32+).

Making the panel theme-aware should be very straightforward. We're working on the same thing for the new Queue.
