Add Example App

Description

Adds an example app that allows for reading & editing documents. It can change settings while editing and allows for most of the code editing functionality this package offers. As more features get tested and added they should be added to the example app.

This is a duplicate of #236, I renamed the branch it was on and it deleted the old PR.
