- Added ability to choose to load a spawn group file from within the "Groups" directory so you can have multiple files in there. - Groups now get properly unloaded when they are no longer allowed to be loaded.
- Added "Budget" and "Settings" tab items in the Simple Traffic Loader ImGui window. - Fixed bug that wouldn't allow a group to unload. - Changed some smaller things.
