The net.jpountz.lz4 moved to org.lz4 and use LZ4Factory.fastestInstance for better performance

Thank you @yunwan. I didn't merge your PR for 1) it's targeting master instead of develop, and 2) merge conflict caused by 0.2.5 release. Anyway, your changes have been merged into develop via #554 and lz4-java version is updated to 1.7.1.
