Describe the bug

Not sure it's a bug. But, I'm trying to connect with HTTP, clickhouse being behind a proxy and the URL has a path.
It seems like a non-empty path for the URL is not allowed, but I'm not sure.

Can you confirm is it not supported or point me to a solution/workaround ?

I don't think this is currently supported. The problem is this line in /driver/httpclient.py:

 self.url = f'{interface}://{host}:{port}'

Since the port will always go on the end, if there is a path in the host you won't get a valid url. Otherwise you could probably just add the path to the host name. You can try hacking around this code, and I'll try to get a fix/workaround out sometime next week.

0.8.17 allows adding a 'proxy_pathparameter which _should_ let you add the "proxy_path" as one of theget_client` parameters
