Things that are email but not Upaknee
Often called listservs or groups, these are internal groups which contain City of Boston employees. The digital team doesn't manage these groups, but we frequently get requests to add or remove people from groups because "we handle email". Forward these requests to doitservicedesk (at) boston.gov.
InvoiceCloud is a billing platform the City uses for a number of transactions. That includes creating customer accounts, storing credit card information, and scheduling autopay. InvoiceCloud generates a number of different receipts based on transactions. We can't edit any of the formatted, but we can edit the copy with standard markup.

CodeRED is the city's emergency alert system. It has a separate list you can sign up for here. In the event of an emergency, the system emails, texts, and calls that last. The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) sends to that list and controls the content. Any requests to add or remove people from the list should be forwarded to them. We can't control the style or layout of the OEM emails.
